Maracas on plane

Recommended Posts

Hi fellow brides! I just had a question for those who have brought maracas (or are thinking of bring maracas) to Mexico. I found some cheap maracas that I would like to bring down for the ceremony (shake at the kiss). However, it kind of worries me putting 10-15 in my suitcase because every time my suitcase is lifted, they will make a sound. Even if I pack them tight, they will still make noise every time they move. I am worried this will make my bag look suspicious or something and I will have trouble either in Canada or Mexico. Can anyone lend me their thoughts on this?

Thanks!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
