Dreams Cabo Flower price Quotes!

Recommended Posts

Just wanted to let any Dreams Cabo girls know what I have been quoted price wise for flowers so far.

I have asked 2 vendors (yes I know its way to early to think about flowers but I respectfully disagree, I like things done yesturday if you cant tell)

These are pictures of what I want!

My bridal bouqet (stolen from TammyB, its just the most buetifull bouqet Ive ever seen and well those are my colors!) 12 Ivory Roses with Cymbidium Orchids.

Table Arrangements (this style vase small and low with cymbidium orchids and a few ivory roses and ivory ribbon or a sage ribbon around the vase not this dark green)

The bridesmaids bouqeuts (I dont have a picture but just 12 ivory roses with white ribbon around the stem very simple)

These are the prices I got from the two vendors I inquired about!

Vendor #1 Dreams Mariana

Bridal Bouquet = $220.00

Boutineer = $26.00

Bridesmaids Bouquet = $60.00

Table Arrangements = still waitting for

price but told Marianna that I didnt want

to spend more than $65.00 per vase she .

seems to think this can happen.

Vendor #2 Martha Zarate

Bridal Bouquet = $210.00 but with more roses

Boutineer = $20.00

Bridesmaids Bouquet = $120.00 but with the orchids in them also

Table Arrangement = $230.00 WTF? Way to much money although the arrangement pic she sent me was gorgeous I could never spend that much on one table arrangement when I will need 4 or 5 YIKES!

I think I might just stick with Mariana at Dreams she was much quicker to respond and the prices are generally not that different. And really I'm just not in the mood to scout out yet another vendor, its so easy to just go through Dreams even if I can save a few bucks on the flowers it doesnt seem like I'll be saving so much that it would be worth the extra effort.

Jackie I am with you it's never too early to at least do research. How many table arrangements? While I hate the pricing of floral in Cabo allow me to say that whatever the cost love your bouquet. It's so important! I didn't care about the BM that's why they did parasols.

Unfortunately, I couldn't see your pics that you posted but if you go with Mariana at least you can voice your displeasure if necessary. Good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
