I am so with you Avens!

There is just soooo much going on right now, not just with the holidays, but I am crazy busy at work starting a new project, trying to get everything ready for the wedding it just never seems to end. And I'm slowly gaining back all the weight I lost too! 32 lbs since last week, I'm scared to get back on the scale!

Ok ladies I need your help!!!! FML has been going on and on about some special song she HAD to dance to for mother-son dance and had to be their own song.... BUT time has ran out she could never find the name of the song and now we get to do the father-daughter and mother-son at the same time... YAY... But now I have no idea what song use for this dance now that will be both of us. I was going to dance to Daughters Father by Gordie Bramford, but thinking probably not appropriate for the "combo" dance now. do you ladies have any suggestions for a good "combo" dance??? We like country, but aren't stuck to anyone genre of music.

 

I have declared this to be my getting the planning done week!!! LOL I'm gonna try anyway now that I'm off until the new year!!! I'm going to have to take a pic of my TTD dress and get your opinions also, I'm super torn if I like it or not and if it will be a good dress for that purpose. Decisions decisions!!! January is coming faster and faster now!!!!

God I just read this again!

I would kill myself if I gained 32lbs in one week!

We're country fans too!  Originally we were going to do a combo dance but I was going to be dancing with my brother and my fiance was going to dance with his mother.  I had chosen My Wish by Rascall Flatts for it, which I highly recommend.  We've ended up deciding to scrap the whole combo dance idea though because it ended up that my brother can't come.  Have a listen to the lyrics, I'm sure you'll love it :)

All the songs above are wonderful choices. I am a big "oldies" fan and I am dancing to My Girl with my dad (wanted a faster song so I don't cry throughout lol and we use to jam to this song together when I was a kid) and my FI is dancing to Stand by Me which is a good duo choice, or Lean on Me is good as well.

Haha, I took it as you had lost 32lbs as of last week, not even thinking the other one. Lol.  Please don't gain 32lbs in one week, we'll miss you on the boards J and G! :D

I need to talk to my FI and see if we even want to do the dance! If we do, I think it would be a combo dance too, I like the idea of the oldies!

Sorry for the mass postings. :)

 

I find it kind of odd, that I worried so much about the flowers and OOT bags, yet I have no preferences when it comes to things like Ceremony music or reception schedule!  I probably should plan some of that stuff out - or else I'll maybe just wing it and see what the resort does.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
