We are having a 1 year anniversary reception. Its semi casual. I wont be wearing my wedding dress. I think it woould be fun to do an introduction but not necessary. My main thing is I would like to do a first dance. So my event starts at 7:00 and ends at 1100 although i could extend it to midnight for some extra $$$. We do have the wedding video about 15 min-30 min..dinner served buffet style. Cupcake tower...with no cake cutting. So what would a good time frame be to get that alll in?

I would do all the key pieces that you want captured in photography, videography as early in the night as possible.

Agreed. Get to the important stuff right away! This way you make sure it's captured on film and guests that cannot stay late get to participate too.

Do your videos first than your first dance, if you are having a cake cut if after the first dance.. :o)
