My MOH visited this weekend and we had a WONDERFUL TIME searching for dresses. <I need to get on the ball with that soon>
Back to the subject, with a great time - great conversation and great food!! I got off track with my eating. I was already lagging with Vday weekend.
So I think I may go into another fasting to shift my focus get the discipline back on track. In the past I have done the lemon juice fasting. I'm one of those people that have to eat!! So I eat veggies, fresh fruit and lean meats.
This would mean putting my diet-to-go meals on hold for a week.
Anyway keep me in thought with getting back on getting rid of 30 lbs!!
Also, I did call to get set with my personal trainer.
