torilynnsmith and janet I will post a pic today.....but first off I have to fix my invite inserts lol lol THESES THINGS ARE GOING TO KILL ME ....i printed 60 inserts yesterday baby blue, orange, and bright yellow, then when the FI came home from work of course I was feeling proud that i had them all done, then he tells me that they were the wrong size......if we wanted them to be all seen I should have made them all different sizes.

 

So now, not only do I now have to re do them in my computer lol but now I have to go back to michaels and get more paper.....because you know i used them all lol lol

 

Im laughing, but inside im crying!!!!!!!!!!!  THEY BETTER WORK OUT AND LOOK AMAZING when Im done with them. TORILYNNSMITH.... if you need any ideas for favs or gifts just ask ive got a ton of ideas, or pm me

OH MAN....that sucks! I templated mine first and made a mock up to use as my guideline and to make sure i liked it before i dove in head first LOL I am so glad i did...i changed my mind 7 times until i loved it!!! I had the same issue (look at pic above) because they are staggered i had to do the inserts 3 different sizes plus the invite itself and layered matts underneath them ...SOOOO much paper cutting, you had to see my table i had piles of stuff everywhere LOL ...actually i think i have a pic!!! I was burried ....I think the pic i have is when i got set up and it was neat....once i got going there were trimmings and glue and the finished pile was getting huge hahaha I will have to find it at home on my laptop and post it later :)

ALRIGHT DONE AGAIN lmao they are all different sizes now and I swear if he tells me their wrong again Im going to kill him lol

one is 6x6 INFO ON JAMAICA

second 5.5x6 ACCOMIDATIONS & TRAVEL

third is 4.5x6 ITINERARY

 

yeah i did the same with the template, but then i loved it so i printed it...yeah that really sucked ass!!!!!!! lol now i have to cut them all over again too WTH lol......so after all this work i will get them printed cut and them do the invites them selves tonight/tomorrow and ill post them with the bags...as they go together lol

 

Im going to eat some breakfast now as its only 11;45 here and ive been doing it for 3 hours now lol lol

so excited I got the fabric tonight with the FI and the paper yet again..another 20 bucks down the toilet lol but now ill be dammmed if they dont look great. ill make sure i post a pic for you ladies as soon as their done. thanx for all your support

Just a heads up that RIU's have been getting horrible reviews for group bookings! My TA suggested we try another resort or we needed to sign a waiver saying that if they changed anything including our flights they were not liable. I guess this has been a growing problem with their groups department. It's a shame since they are such beautiful resorts!

Welcome and happy planning! I am getting married at the Gran Bahia there are some great reviews on this site! I also looked at the Iberostar, Riu Ocho  and Grand Palladium they look very nice aswell.
