On a budget..thoughts on a location?

I would love to have a wedding in Belize! However, I want it to be economical for my guests. I plan to have 60-80 guests and I am considering a number of locations. Belize would be my top choice but it might be too pricey. When looking at all inclusive packages, I am not wanting my guests to spend more than 2000 (coming from Canada). 2500 would be the absolute MAX amount I would want guests to spend. Are there any possible options?

How many days do you want them to stay for $2500? Flamingo Beach Resort is an all inclusive in a more budget range. They are on Flamingo Beach which is really pretty.

Here's a wedding we recently had at the location:

I think your event would be to large, but if you decide to go for a smaller event Victoria House is absolutely phenomenal. I was there for a family reunion and there was a small wedding while they were there. The place is picture perfect, the staff professional and its been my benchmark for tropical paradise ever since. Their off season rates are very reasonable (although certainly not cheap).

I had posted something similar on Trip Advisor and someone had suggested Chaa Creek. I looked at their website and the resort looks great! Only thing is it'll be rainy season in Belize during my month. Hopefully you find something within your budget!! :)
