I ate so-so over the weekend. I was at a therapy conference, so the meals served there were pretty healthy, but I had pizza yesterday!
Today, I had a small piece of chocolate too. I'm so bad!

I had pizza this weekend too! My friends just bought a new house, so me and FI went over to congratulate them and help them move some stuff, and since they didn't have anything set up, we just ordered pizza after. Oh well, I tried to eat the spinach and chicken one -- at least there were some veggies involved, lol.

ha!!!! spinach pizza sound like my cup of tea! lol I completely love spinach and I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day if I had too!
Ok, today I was superrrr good! lol I had a small bowl of cereal with yogurt for breakfast, raw cauliflower with hummus as my morning snack. Salad with grilled salmon, cottage cheese with that pineapple sauce they come with for lunch. In the afternoon I had more cauliflower and hummus (lol seriously!) and for dinner raw broccoli and tilapia. Girls we had a horrible weekend it seems, let's focus and keep on trying together!!!
Good night to all of you! "see" you tomorrow!

Gosh Darn it! I was SO proud of myself this weekend for NOT having pizza- since it is my biggest weakness- and last night we had a houseguest. He was so nice, brought us dinner- PIZZA! haha
Well, today we leave for our mini vacation. I'm going to try so so hard to work out since it is a pretty relaxing few days. I have been slacking in the workout department lately and the scale is showing it obviously

I didn't work out for 4 days in a row. I finally did a 3 mile walk yesterday, and I'm about to go walk (maybe run?) again. I can honestly say that I feel sluggish and gross after not having worked out. On the days when I walk or run, I feel so much better physically and mentally! I really need to get back on track.

Looks like you are already back on track. Enjoy your walk/run today.
I agree, I feel so much better when I am active so why do I keep letting life get in the way. FI keeps reminding me it takes 30 days for something to become a habit so I am trying really hard to do P90X everyday but some days, it just does not happen.

Ugh- life has been totally getting in the way last week!! I feel so guilty about it, but you guys are defnitely good inspiration.
Good point about the 30 day habit- I need to remember that!

Hey ladies!
I hope everyone is having a good Tuesday so far!! I did "ok" with my exercise and healthy choices over the weekend... but now I'm looking for a little bit of guidance for the coming weekend...
We have a Mexican-themed party on Saturday to attend...
Everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite Mexican dish.
mmmm...theres going to be so many delicious chips and tortillas... I'm wondering if anyone has any "healthier" or lower calorie Mexican recipes that they have already tried and would suggest... ??
It can be an appetizer, main dish, or dessert...
Any help would be appreciated!!
Of course, FI suggested we just bring a bottle of tequila, hehe
