Well, sorry I didn't post before, but shornsweet saved the day with her info!

I just included a "memo" with the information. I copied the Princess Logo and used it on the insert.

This is what it said... Please remember it's in Spanish! LOL

Familiares y amigos,

As it turned out, most of our guests DID NOT read the insert, so they all started to RSVP without ever knowing/reading that they had to provide some info... smile41.gif

Kind of upsetting, but, oh well. We are 37 days away from our wedding, the guest list has been sent to Princess, so we are good to go! Also, whoever didn't call to RSVP (ie: give us the info), is not getting on the ship. Sorry for those that didn't read the insert and will show up at the pier... LOL

Thanks again for posting!

Glad I could help. Isn't it amazing that people just won't read everything you send them? I have to make phone calls and email people because they either left information out on the RSVP or their writing is so terrible I couldn't read it.

You are right... whoever does not RSVP on time just won't get on the ship. LOL!

  • 1 year later...

I sent out info similar to this with my invites and I keep talking to my guests about this info and plan to have in the welcome bags too.  I figure if I repeat the information enough times, it will sink in!  Most people RSVP'ed without providing their information to me too.  LOL

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
