Oh Amy thanks for posting the song, most people had no idea what it was, the video was pretty. I think we are going to use this as our 1st dance song, it was always the song I envisioned us dancing to, so why change things now.

That video ROCKS, I want my video to look like that, it really is a great song, and this video made me like it that much more. I will have to make it work somewhere during the wedding, maybe the last song we dance to, or something like that.

I love how it started with waves crashing onto the rocks. The end of the video was also really cool. I like how there was one image over the quickly moving images of the reception. What type of video editing software do you use to do something like this?

AnnR -- I fell in love with this song when I heard it in your wedding/first dance video.

 

I can't find it on iTunes and on LimeWire I can't get it to finish downloading -- it stops 1/4 of the way through.

Mine was Jersey Girl by Bruce Springstien. I'm from New Jersey so it fit. Many of our guests were from Jersey to, so they laughed and cheered when the chorus played.

We are choosing Stevie Wonder's "Ribbon in the Sky", the live version for our first dance; it's an 8 minute version of the song, and I've asked our DJ to somehow transition to Donna Allen's "He is the JOY" to get everyone boogy-ing!
