The Cheering Squad (whenever you workout)

I'll start: I did turbo jam learn and burn last night because it was only 20 min long compared to my normal p90x which is usually around an hour. I really liked the punching and kicking stuff!! I even found myself doing punches and the ab stuff they taught me throughout the day, but it didn't even come close to hurting me as bad as the p90x ab ripper plus does. I hate and love the pain i feel from doing that!
How did everyone elses workouts go today??

I am heading to the gym at 11 to do my circuit training, and so hopefully that will make me feel better about my bad attitude during cardio earlier...

However everyone who showed up decided we would do it ourselves. It was fun we took turns selecting a move and worked out for the entire time.

Our engagment photos are on friday so I need to get a couple workouts in between now and then! Keep it up ladies doing great!
