Hi girls! I know this is probably posted somewhere on this thread, but I can not find it anywhere. Does anyone have the dimensions of the huppah on the beach? Gina quoted me of $400 plus tax for a little bit of light pink and hot pink, I figured I could just buy my own and it would be way cheaper!! Thanks!

Something else I forgot to ask. Has anyone had their reception on the pool terrace? If so, can you post a pic and how was it?

My reception is going to be on the pool terrace. I originally wanted the pool deck, but Gina told me that we needed at least 50 guests for that and we don't have that many.

Looks like we are getting married the same week, ours is May 22nd, 2012.....how are you finding the preparations, so far, our wedding coordinators has sent me, a bouquet and centerpiece catalogue however, i find the selection limited and am a little confused as to how to go about choosing the bridesmaid bouquets....bouteniere for the gentlemen and additional bouquets for the arch....i was wondering if they wanted us to pick a centerpiece and they then "match" the other flowers to it, some with picking the bride's bouquet and all others are then match.....if that is the case, i am not sure that i am comfortable with that, it is leaving alot to the "unknown".....any thoughts, or comments would be greatly appreciated...

        Thanks,

        Sand

You can definitely change your package after putting down a deposit. We are currently reserved with the free package but we have around 100 people booked already so we'll most likely change to the dreams of love package (it turns out to be much cheaper because of the reduced rate for the dinners).

They have the day/time/location open for our wedding now we just need to put the deposit down for the right package.

I don't need my hair/makeup done because my sister is a cosmetologist, I don't want a cocktail hour, I don't want a mexican trio, etc etc so I think the free package is going to be the way to go.

Has anyone else done the free package and had a reception with it?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

Lindsey,  Thank you so much for the video, they were great and very informative. Answered a lot of the questions I had about the resort and I love that you walked with the camera so that we have an Idea where everything is when making a decision about cocktail hour and reception areas.
