Hi Everyone!

 

My fiance' and I have decided to do a destination wedding between the months of Jan-March in the Domincan Republic. We are looking for an all inclusive resorts that will meet our wedding needs. Some of the places we are looking at are, Paradisus Punta Cana, Excellence Punta Cana, & Dreams. If anybody has any tips on DW planning and information on these resorts I would GLADLY take them.

Our biggest questions are obvious what wedding packages do they have and how much?

What is the food like?

What sort of activities do they have?

and of course the level of service?

Hi Holly and welcome to the forum. We have several brides on the forum that are and have been married at those locations. You can do a search and you should be able to find plenty of information. I'll actually be at Dreams Punta Cana in early June, so if you have any specific question, I can try to answer them after I return.

Tortuga Bay(#1),Majestic,Dreams are very nice hotels.

I never stayed at Paradisus Punta Cana,but a friend photographer got back from shooting a wedding there and he didn't like their customer service. They had problems with towels,chairs and hot water. But he mentioned that this hotel is made of 3 sections and if you aren't staying in the "vip" section of the hotel,then you won't be getting as much service.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
