OOT potato sack bags

Recommended Posts

I am actually looking for some mini burlap sacks to use for my AHR (to put peanuts in as a goody for our guests) but I am having a hard time finding those as well. I will probably end up just buying some burlap material and make them myself. Good luck on your search..let me know if you find some wink.gif

I originally thought of using burlap bags for my OOT bags. But, i opted for canvas bags instead. That way they could use it as a shopping bag around town.

I just did a Google Search on "Burlap bags" and a whole bunch of sites came up! Here are a couple that i found that were cheapest, depending on the size you want. Here they are:

Good luck and Happy Planning!

Hi Janina! The Riu was one of our choices too!! I finally have a wedding day twin!! smile29.gif

So far, we bought personal mini fans-on sale earlier this year at Pier 1, beach towels with our monogram, Koozies, tip/room key holder, playing cards. We still have to get motrin/advil/tylenol, bandaids, antibacterial wipes/gel, and not sure what else...Aches and pain things.. Also some crossword puzzles or sudoku, pen. and that's it! hahaha I was going to purchase our canvas bags from Cheaptotes.com, but my FSIL and her husband own a shirt printing company, and they have extra tote bags from a previous order.. So, i don't have to worry about that..

What are you planning on putting in your OOT bag?

That's awesome!!! Sounds like some great goodies! How crazy would that be if we bumped into each other there! LOL.. There's about 50 guests booked and more maybe later on - after we send our invites! Most of our guests are staying from Jan. 18th - 25th for a week and my FI and I will be staying for another extra week.

Hmm... as for my OOT bags, we're not entirely sure yet, we definitely want to include a welcome book, chapstick, cards, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, medicine as well and some candy...I'll probably think of more stuff as we come along...

Have you decided on your favors yet?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
