Here is my ring and my wedding band together.

That's my original diamond but my second mount. The original one was so unique I couldn't find a wedding band and the custom route made me nervous.

LOVE this one!! Hate to be honest but it's more me :)

All you ladies have beautiful rings!

Found it! I love your rings. They're so simple and elegant. Here are mine;post-265511-14084279032_thumb.jpg

Ohhhh I love yours too!!! Love all the diamonds and that you found a matching band! I can't believe that only cost $600... did you forget a number? hehe

My ring isn't necessarily what I had thought I'd choose but when I saw it I was like 'love it!' And when I got it made in platinum it was just so much more beautiful than the fake stock ones. And I just realized my picture doesn't really

Show off the detail in the band.

My fiance's ring is a rope too. Here is his. He's pretty proud Of it. Hahah

@@calgarybride2015 I guess for so many diamonds the price wasn't bad. When I chose the E-ring I really liked how it went with its band, they were shown as a set, and I just couldn't picture it with anything else. I had a lot of issues with it when I ordered it though because it didn't fit with the engagement ring quite right. I had to send both of them back and they had to make a new one but when both came back, my e-ring was too big. I really don't know why because they remade the wedding band. Anyway, I had to send it back to get resized but now they're both good.

I like your fiance's ring too! Mine hasn't bought his yet. He likes the really simple ones because he doesn't really like wearing rings. I don't even know if he will end up wearing it but I told him the smaller it is the better chances he has of getting used to it. I don't even feel mine anymore but I feel like something is missing when I don't have it :P

I wish mine was platinum! but we didn't have enough money  :(

LOL....  you got diamonds, I got platinum! :P

I had my original one made smaller, but this one I ordered in the same size and it feels bigger.

They said it was probably because there is a lot less band and a higher sitting diamond. Wish they would have said something, but with the band it feels good so I don't plan to re size it as the .5 size smaller has a hard time getting over my knuckle! Will have them sauttered (sp?) though.

At the end of the day I think Spence is a great company, so friendly there and not pushy!

My fiance's is from Ben Moss but only could find that design at the Cross Iron location. It was $375 I think!

He wanted something noone else had and I think he delivered.

@@calgarybride2015 haha yes, I guess you can have one or the other :P. I think your fiance's is very unique and I agree, spence is a good company. For my e-ring we didn't even shop around, well my fiance didn't shop around. We went to see rings so I could tell him what kinds of things I liked and before I knew it he had bought it haha. We had to negotiate a bit with the fixing of the band because they wanted to charge us but I told them it wasn't my fault they made it wrong.

I'm worried my ring won't get through my finger on the wedding day! bahah, with all the heat, sun and alcohol... I'm going to have to dip my hand in ice before I head out haha.

Good for you!  I think sizing is pricey, no?

I am actually scared to wear my ring around the resort during our trip, but also scared to leave it in the safe!  If I wasn't getting married I would just leave it at home. I never bring valuables with me!  Well except my ipad lol.

I gave my little wish list, even though I had NO idea whatsoever he was going to propose. I was shocked.

My list - princess cut, white gold, and no clusters.

To be honest my first ring was 19k. When I changed it in you either get a straight exchange or you pay out. You don't get a refund. Since my ring was a lot less gold I would have lost $300 if I went with 19k and that made my fiance sick, so we got the platinum as a straight exchange.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
