It seems his phone has been DISCONNECTED. Even though our lines are on the same account and mine works just fine. And, we do not owe a balance.
I call T-MO and they ask if I have rec'd the letter? What letter? Apparently they sent letters out to people that are never on a T-Mo tower and are always roaming. WTF? AND?
So, she transferred me to the dept. I need to speak with....almost 30 minutes later I am stil on hold.
So what if he is roaming? He works out of state! He wouldn't be roaming if T-MO would get more towers! He hardly ever has service anyhow because T-MO sucks.
Hello, I am pregnant and would like to have some way of communicating with him!

How dare they? He only as 2 more weeks at this job. I am so irate I am in tears.
I need to be able to talk to him and now I can't.
oMG...I spoke to a supervisor and started bawling. She put me on hold to figure something out. She is probably freaking out because I am crying.

The supervisor was helpful and supposedly reactivated it but said it will be monitored to check for roaming. I told her it was only for 2 more weeks and after that he was not going to travel anymore.
I think the crying helped to get it reactivated....but she said it could take up to 2 hours. I sure hope she wasn't lying!

I think I cried too much in to my phone because now my phone isn't working. None of the buttons are working!!! Argh. I have taken out the battery and nada. Crap! Can't I get a break
