Misslocke, not sure about the photos -- sorry!

Quick question regarding menu choices. We were told that you could only select two main choices for a private reception. In addition to a meat and a vegeterian option, we'd like to offer a seafood (or chicken) option. Has anyone found a way to deal with this? Thanks!

Trayce-when you paid, did you finalize the flavor of your cake?[/QUOTE]

Yes, they will send you a spreadsheet of all of your requests that they send to the onsite coordinators. The hazlenut cake flavor is not listed as an option, but just tell Tiffany and she will add it for you.

        Hey girls,
I have not paid anything for our wedding yet, but was confirmed today for my reception site. I know that there was a question about whether or not they will confirm your reception site until you pay in full for wedding. So you can reserve your site before you have paid anything for the wedding. YEA!

            Hey ladies,

My guests are totally stressing me out! Our group as already booked our rooms and my fiancee's Grandmother has decided (a little under month later) to buy her ticket to Mexico! We are happy about this, but now my TA is telling me they can not add her as a 3rd person into any of the rooms we paid for because they were already submitted to the resort and paid. Do any of you ladies know if there is someone I can speak to at the resort direction that might be able to help me alter the rooming assignments and provide my fiancee's Grandmother with a space in once of the rooms we have? It's either she looses money on a ticket or she stays in a resort without her family, which we can't have as she is older. Please help!

we are doing menu 3b which includes 2 appetizers, and entree choices for our guests are chicken, beef or fish, and then a dessert. so some of the set menus do have more than 2 meat entrees. By the way, the dessert is Piemontes with sorbet. Does anyone know what a piemonte is? Even Fabio said he had never heard that term before!

I have only seen a few brides post their wedding pics on here. Is there anyway some of the brides who have already had the wedding at the resort post links to their pics??

                    Thanks!
