    Hi everyone!

We're getting married at Dreams Los Cabos in June 2009. Some of my guests are saying its too expensive for them. I explained Dreams is an all inclusive resort and that it would be worth it but they REFUSE to stay there They want to go to our wedding so now its up to me to find another hotel or resort near Dreams that's more affordable! Does anyone know of any? I've looked at maps and other posts but I'm still not sure...

          hola !!!
the nearest hotels to dreams are: casa del mar which is more expensive , ventanas Hilton and hotel melia cabo real, which is all inclusive as well but cheaper that dreams, so you can check over there. Now, you need to think that if your guests are not staying at dreams, then you will need to pay much more $$$ per each head to come to the wedding at the hotel, and your guest will have to pay taxis too. .

so I guess you just have to convince them to check there !

Yeah, you'll have to pay $85 per guest for each guest who isn't staying at Dreams to come to your ceremony/reception. Just something to keep in mind as it can add up quick!

thanks for the input ladies. :)

by the way, are the day passes purchased the day of the wedding at the front desk or how does that work?

PS. Can't i just make them pay for their own day pass for being cheapskates and not staying at Dreams?!?!? LOL

I know alot of ppl would say that you should pay for them but I WOULDN'T! It's your wedding at this resort and if they don't want to stay at the same resort just tell them the fee. And the Taxi, well that's there prob as well...IMO
