Oh, and I am still working on convincing FI that even tho its on the beach he can't wear mesh shorts and t-shirt. lol He's kidding... I think. I know he finds himself very amusing!
LOL! I know what you mean! Mine is the same way with *kidding* I always wonder whats going on in his head when he finds himself funny wink.gif

I think that I will definately do the picture announcement then! We are the only 2 people at our wedding (reception at home) and though the 'important people' will get a picture, I guess I should do something for everyone else. LOL can you tell I'm not fond of big involved weddings?

We sound a lot alike. I'm not really into the details. Everyone keeps asking me questions and I don't have answers. I'm just showing up!

You guys sound like you're planning about as much as I am. I plan to just show up and select the options I like from the package and then hang out and have fun until it's time to get married. I'm lucky in that people aren't asking me details, so I can just say I'm excited and looking forward to it.

I doubt we'll even send announcements as we invited everyone to come down with us. I'm of the mind set that you got an invite and if you couldn't make it, oh well. You knew it was happening.

You sound like FI!! He's totally of that mindset! Me on the other hand, not so much!! I'm very detail oriented & organized (or anal as FI likes to put it!! LOL)

I am the same way... I have tonnes of things to do! But not stressing about it. I have the dress but need to do alterations still. 77 days til the big day. I am just super excited, and I am sure everything else will fall into place.

But starting to wonder what I should get for my girls?

I can't believe how fast time is flying. We got notice from our travel agent that final payment for the trip is due in a couple of weeks, which means is 60 days until we leave. I can't believe how close it's getting.

I'm buying my sister her dress and will be giving her jeweleryin Mexico.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
