BD Book Lost in Transit Home from DW

I finally have everything unpacked and the BD book and card I gave to Tom before the wedding are the only things missing.

I either left it at the resort when we packed up or (more likely) I packed it in the front sleeve of one of our suitcases that busted open.

I am going to contact the resort and US Airways ... but I have a feeling it is gone for good.

I am in tears not only b/c it's gone but b/c Tom doesn't seem to care. I guess I can check with the photog to see if she still has the proofs and reorder it but we did it almost a year ago now ... and if Tom doesn't even care, what's the point? Maybe he's just trying not to make a big deal out of it for my sake ... but seriously ... he could at least ACT like it mattered.

Aww Tammy, that sucks. I would be pissed too if FI didn't have a reaction. We put so much energy in planning something so special for our guys, I don't think they understand sometimes. Yes, try calling your photog in hopes that she/he still has the proofs.

That blows Tami! So sorry to hear you are missing that! I bet your DH is trying to make you feel better by acting like it is no big deal. But you would think these boys would understand when we need them to make a big deal out of stuff!

I just emailed her, so hopefully it's not too late.

Oh no!!! I hope you find it. If you don't, it's probably because some guy found it and it just like, made his whole year!

Sorry Tom doesn't seem to care. I don't think guys realize the amount of work that goes into... well... anything wedding related really!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
