    How did you guys order OOT without a totally final count, just order a little extra?

      We were looking for bags to use for the OOT bags at Dollarama a couple of weeks ago. When we were walking through found these light little mess-like bags that have a drawstring top. Although were don't have a final count (I last checked 1 month ago and there were 20) we grabbed 30. We decided on 30 because if there are more than 30 people, each couple will get a bag and then we will just add the individual items for each person.

      I got really nice beach totes for my MOH and BM though from Old Navy for $10 each and my cousin is going to do the embroidery on them.

        Since they aren't doing any flowers - I say go for whatever makes ya feel good! With our OOT bags, I ordered 1 per couple and one per single. I ordered about 10 extra for those who haven't committed. If we have left overs, I'll give one to my sis who couldn't make it, or my grandma who couldn't make it.

        Guess what.........I just ordered a butt load of stuff!

        I got an OT order in for maraca pens and kids b-day stuff, I ordered my blumeboxes, and I ordered my teal ribbon!

        YAY - once everything comes in I can start on my DIY projects.

        Phewww...what a load off! No more spending money for me! Alls I have to do it send my program order to Kinko's and I'll be good for now. I think I'll do that tomorrow since I took the day off!

        I'm logging off for now so I can get some work done before I get fired!

          I figured that if there are any left over OOT bag stuff, we can give them to some special people who couldn't make it, or even as part of a Thank You gift to people that help us out some how but don't go.

            all of our guests are booked, but we ordered like maybe 5 of each item extra just in case anyone else decides to book. there are somethings that we only have just enough of like rafts but i figure if some other people join i won't give the people there for only a couple days vs a week a raft, hopefully they'll never know. i'm not about to go out and buy anymore rafts, i've spent way too much on oot bags as it is. fi will freak if i buy anything else (which i'm dying too).

              All of your guests are BOOKED?!??! WOW!!!!! That is incredible!!! The only people booked for mine are me & FI, my parents, and my uncle and his family! FI's parents haven't even signed up yet!

              Congratulations!! That has to feel great! I still have no idea what our turnout will be!

                That is amazing. So far besides our little family of 4, we have my parents and sister, my MOH & her Mom, my Aunt & Uncle, FI BM & his gf, 2 of my co-workers & their husbands, my Mom's BF and her soon-to-be ex-husband, and one of my Mom's good friends.
                That sounds like a lot writing it down, but there are more that are supposed to be coming and just haven't booked yet, so we will see. Still no one from FI family to book and one of his brothers is supposed to be standing up for him.

                  WOW.. all your people are booked already? Yikes. So far all we have is me and FI, both sets of parents, my sister and my MOH and our other friend. Ha. My other BM still has to book even, and the best man! Crikey. Plus some other close friends who we know will be coming.. I'm getting impatient though.. cause I want to get numbers for my OOT bags.. heh

                    Among those who still need to book are 2 BM, and 2 GM. There is a possibility that one of the BM won't be able to make it, but that won't mess things up. If both BM do come, then we will ask another friend of my FI to be GM as well and even things out.
                    It would be nice to know what is happening though so we can ask someone if we need to or not.

                      Well, for our AHR, the caterer did cut us a deal since FI's mom works at the church where we are having it and they are one of the caterers that they use frequently. (Plus, I think FI's aunt is good friends with the owner's parents.) They normally charge $31 pp ($5 pp goes to the church, but the priest waved it for us because of FI's mom). So we started off at $26 pp but then they offer $2 off per person for having it in December. They made us an offer of $20 per person with bar setup (normally that is $5/pp). We will still have to provide the booze but that helps quite a bit. It better be fun! Practically everyone we know is invited.
