Ditto on the Boat tours you can go on the Odyssey for dinner its really gorgeous or even the Mystic Blue...I took Jr for his Bday to the Mystic Blue boat and we had a blast... buffet dinner, dessert, champagne and dancing.

You can also check out the John Hancock Building they have a nice bar where you can overlook the skyline.

If it's warm out, the architechture boat tour is really nice and pretty affordable.

If you can maybe find a coupon the Shedd is worth it, I think it is a little pricey for what you get. I think it is about $20 per person. I can keep my eyes out in the paper for a coupon. It is nice but gets crowded and I am convinced they need one of those moving walkways in front of the exhibits to get people going.

oh, i also LOVED the boat architecture tours ... i forget the name of the company, but if you're interested, I can ask paul - he'd remember. it goes down the river and points out some very interesting things! paul was raised there, and still learned a ton!

wendella boat tours is the one that does the architecture tour.

jose's dad is an architect and he LOOOOOOOOOOOVES the architecture boat tour! never gets sick of it.

Yes ladies please if you find coupons please hold onto them. OMG Cain's ma would be so proud if I used a coupon.. lol she's the coupon queen and I swear no matter where we go she has one to use.. lol

Ann, Nugget won't be around that early, if your able to travel we should meet up.. maybe all the chicago peps can meet up for dinner one night??

you can absolutely get some good shots! let's see what I have from my trip ...

i can't fly after June 4 - and i'll be damned if i am driving! lol and that's our anniversary weekend (of course) so we may go somewhere for a night or the weekend close by. too bad you're not coming a month earlier!
