HI Ladies,

I really need to get an exercise video because the gyms in my area are super expensive.
What do you all suggest (no denise austin-she drives me crazy)
Christine + Will (married 7/20/07) + Ainsleigh (born 6/25/08) + Nolan (born 11/9/10) + Delaney (born 12/31/13) = One Very Happy Family!

I love Tae Bo (sp?). Cheesy? a bit. But fun and difficult? Yes. I also have Carmen Electra's striptease tapes. Hard? no fun? for sure.

Tae Bo Ultimate Boot Camp and Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body are my current faves! Or my current torture devices...

Love the FIrm. I bought it about 5 years ago (maybe more). Then I bought the newer versio about a year ago. The newer version was difficult the first couple of times, becasue of the moves. Once you are past that, it is a very good workout.
I brokedown and bought Cardio Jam. Seems like a scam to me, but I love it. Fun, long, good and I feel it the next day.
Tae Bo is always a good bet.
              Good luck.
