within the yearhuh.gif oh noo. i need to get rolling faster then that. i am like the typical woman and i have a set timeline for my life...

1. born
2. graduate high school by 18
3. college by 22 (the timeline here was more relaxed)
4. married by 30 years 9 months and 17 days...

so as you can see we need to be married by april 22nd...

hopefully she is okay with that

guys are just as messed up in the head but its so easy to read through them... i mean if you see a guy who's all suave and saying all the right things and buying you drink after drink in a bar OBVIOUSLY he just wants sex... not tough to figure that out. and if he drives a porche but still lives at home "because he is helping take care of his mother" then obviously he is a looser who wastes all his money on a flashy car...

but women are so sneaky and hide all their flaws and insane wacky issues its not fair... why cant women be easier to read.
Women aren't hard to read... you just forget about "man eyes"... you know, that thing you guys do where you don't see the ketchup bottle in the fridge if it's sitting behind the ranch dressing. wink.gif

Frank's best friend and I have had this discussion before. He's in a similar boat---- amazing guy who would be one of those guys every girl admits would be the perfect kind of guy. But it doesn't work out for him.

What I've noticed in most people (men and women both)--- is that they try to put people into a specific role in their lives instead of letting them take the role they were meant to take. They'll see someone in public that they are attracted to and the first thought is to talk to them and see if it leads to getting a date, which could lead to dating and relationships. It's a lot of pressure on people, because it's always about seeing how they fit into this mold of what the person is looking for in a partner. I think when we set aside that "dating" mentality and approach people the same way we do our casual friends- that it really relaxes the situation enough for it to go as fas as it was meant to go.

enough psych-babble.... sorry. :)

very well put... i agree with you... that is why i dont pick up girls in bars or antyhing of that nature. simply because its all a front and no one is ever themselves... i much more need to know that i can click and mesh with them first and have something beyond just the looks... granted physical attraction is always important but if i cant carry on a conversation with these women (like two of the last girls) then whats the point..

oh well... i have faith that one day ill find mine :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
