I think it's a great idea. There are many weddings now where everyone has on white, so I don't why the BMS can't.

 

If I had bridesmaids I was going to have them all pick a different bright color & find a dress in that color. I also love when the bridesmaids are told a color & just pick a dress that color. I think it looks great because it shows their individual style. Plus, they can get something in their budget that they feel good in that doesn't need to be altered.

 

I love the idea of white sun dresses with sashes. Your BMs will probably really appreciate your consideration too.

I was thinking of letting them pick out there own dress in an aqua color but then i got nervous because there aer sooo many different shades of Aqua.. so i wasn't sure how it would look.. i am guessing it will turn out just fine.. it just isn't sun dress season yet, so not much to find now! thanks for all your input!!! Lvoe to see dresses if you find any more!

I got my girls dresses from JCrew in light aqua, sorta like the color in my monogram below. They also have this dress available in white (which I bought for the rehearsal dinner), they can tie a sash around that if they want. I'm actually thinking about doing that too. And the dress can be worn again. You might be able to call their wedding specialist to see if they can find you the aqua one still (I bought it last year on clearance). 1.800.205.3877 Just an idea.

It should be really pretty! If you're ok with them wearing white, then why not? I love the idea of the sash and a colorful bouquet.

 

Our Bridesmaids dresses are somewhere on here. I told my girls to order whichever tea length dress they were most comfortable in in Tiffany (aqua) from the same company so they all match. They are Mori Lee and were about $115 total. I got $25 off each dress because I bought my dress from that botique.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
