So I am writing this and it is so bitter sweet because I am back home in rainy Washington DC after the best week of our lives at Dreams Palm Beach. Our wedding was Friday Oct 21st and we had ~70 guests coming from the US. We arrived the Tuesday before the wedding along with about half our guests, the other half arrived the Thursday before. 

We met with our wedding coordinator Leticia on Tuesday and she was very prepared for us and so open to hearing all my ideas and looking at the decorations we had brought. It was such a relief to hand this over and feel 100% sure that it would be done perfectly and was it ever! Leticia was amazing and I am sooo thankful for her! We met with DJ mannia the next day and went over music and special dance songs, which they even helped with suggestions for Father/Daughter and Mother/ Son. Leading up to the wedding we enjoy the amazing amenities at Dreams (food, pool, sailing/kayaking, dancing, gym, etc) The resort was BEAUTIFUL!! We had scheduled one activity a day that all our guests could meet up with us if they wanted to. It was so amazing to have all the most important people in your life together in a one place for a vacation! 

Leticia continued to prepare me for the wedding, had my dress steamed and my husband suit pressed, gave me a phone to contact her if I needed anything and just generally worked so hard to make everything perfect. Kept me informed on the forcast etc. All the wedding coordinators work soo hard, so don't stress if you do not hear back from them right now. 

Wedding:

We had our wedding outside on the preferred club beach area at 5:00 pm. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! We had the shell gazebo and the sound of the shells in the wind was so nice! We had pastor York do our ceremony and he is top of the line! Highly recommended! We had originally wanted the reception by the pool but because of the forecast having a percentage of rain we decided to move it inside to the banquet hall. I was first disappointed,  but so glad we did because it was more private and cooler with air conditioner for dancing! We had the gold buffet, and everyone loved the food. DJ Mannia was so great and everyone was dancing the whole night, even people that usually don't dance at weddings! I am sure this review doesn't totally do our wedding justice but know that I was stressing about little things and there is just no reason too! ENJOY every minute! Just about everyone of our guests told us that our wedding was the best that they had ever been to! But hands down the best decision we made was our photographer, Michael Steingard. He is so passionate and artistic and worth every penny and more! Here is a few pictures from our wedding!

I am just feeling so fortuate and blessed. Dreams Palm Beach truly makes your dreams come true and it can be so affordable compared to most weddings in the states most other resorts! Wouldn't change a thing!! Feel free to ask any questions! Also do not stress about not hearing from the wedding coordinators; they are really busy focusing on the weddings that are currently going on to make then perfect.
