    @@jeffandrobyn I'm a repeat BM (think 27 dresses, no joke). I've been in BPs that are quite large, and BPs that are quite small. This is YOUR wedding, your day. It's a sticky situation because she's technically family (or will be). Nothing makes a wedding process more terrible than an awful BM. I'm sorry. I wouldn't walk on eggshells for her because that will make it more stressed out, but I would just keep her on a need to know basis. Ie: THIS is the type of dress, color you will be wearing, if you don't like it, feel free to step down. Good luck!

    @@acw271011 I don't have a travel agent yet, for a couple of reasons. I kind of wanted to pick the place first (but I don't know if that's the right order?). Also, the two travel agents I spoke with so far, after I was very clear I was not interested in sandals, kept trying to push sandals. I thanked them for their time, and told them I was not interested in using someone who wasn't listening to me. I feel like the more I try and plan this, the more confused I get. I wanted to do a DW because I thought I would feel less pressure. Hah hah.

    Has anyone gotten married here? I asked before in Newbies, but seriously considering it now, but recently heard mixed reviews. Now I'm wondering if I should choose someplace else.

    @@MrandMrsBonitto2016 Thanks! I figure, unlike the invite, if I send a newsletter type thing, when someone loses it, because you know one person will, it'll be super cheap (or free!) to snail mail them another copy or e-mail them in PDF as opposed to the actual invite.

    @@MrandMrsBonitto2016 I was planning on sending a STD a year in advance - which would include the website. Then six months out, newsletter type of thing, and then formal invite about 3 months out.

    @@MorganRene I'm not a gold person, but I think gold works better with those colors. I was in a wedding recently wear mint and coral were the colors, and we did gold jewelry/accents and it looked fabulous.

    @@VegasBride121314 I 100% plan to do a first look. Most of my friends have done it and said it was one of the best decisions they ever made. That having a private moment before the ceremony helped with any pre-wedding nerves and jitters.

    I feel like it's taking forever. But, I've only been here like a month, and I have 50. So... maybe it'll take me two more months to get 150.
