Hi Tammy, we booked our wedding at the Royalton Cancun for September 2015. Do you have any information regarding how the construction is going. Is the resort going to be open on schedule for December as predicted? You mentioned that you have a number of weddings booked there, do you know how many weddings they would approx have per day onsite? I have so many questions and can't wait to get the information on the weddings. Do you have anymore insider information on the ceremony and reception venues lol. Congratulations! Were you about to get many photos or much information about the resort from your travel agent? I have been searching around since we booked for more information or progress and haven't been able to find a lot. I did find the facebook page of the architect building the resort and a couple of pictures of the progress but not much else.

Thank you you as well. When are you planning your wedding for? I did quite a bit of research on resorts in Mexico and I really liked the moon palace but it was slightly higher than what we wanted our guests to pay to stay the week so we kept looking. I have been keeping an eye on the prices of the royalton and although they don't have the rates for sept 2015 up yet on any of the sites I think that the rate pp that we got will be very good in comparison. I know my sister and brother in law went to the Royalton in Cuba only a couple of months after it opened and they said it was one of the nicest resorts they've ever been to so that helped to make my decision to book at a resort that isn't even open yet easier! Where else have you looked in Mexico?

We booked our wedding here for Sept 2015. I emailed and was told that their wedding packages would be ready around Oct/Nov of this year. I am somewhat nervous but I was sent the Punta Cana Royalton and the White Sands Royalton packages and they were similar to each other so I am hoping (and assuming) they will be similar to what will be offered at the Royalton Riviera Cancun.
