    Sounds awesome!!! See I have about a suitcase and a half already of decorations - once I have everything will be 2 suitcases EXTRA aside from what my Fiance and I  bring! hahaha

     

    If I didnt have that many decorations I think I would bring the bags - but then again, I'm still debating it. Good idea with taking an old bag - thats a great idea. I have one Im wanting to trash already so maybe its worth keeping it to use for that. I only have 30 guests so wouldnt be too much stuff i suppose

  2. Would anyone mind posting their wedding day timeline? Like for example this is kinda of we are thinking for our wedding in January.

    Ceremony starts ay 4pm

    Family pictures from 4:30-5pm

    Couple pictures from 5-6pm

    Cocktail hour from 6-7pm

    Reception from 7-9pm

     

    This issue actually came up because my photographer asked about it.

    I am just kinda wondering if my timeline is reasonable or even how flexible Now Sapphire is with the timeline?

     

     

    I'm at Now jade next year - i actually really like this timing. then you get to go to the cocktail hour and reception is three hours with Now Jade and Now Sapphire so yours would be 7 - 10

  3. The bridesmaids and I bought these in downtown Los Angeles. . $15 or eBay has them for $22. I do not mind having the same sandals as my girls because I will be barefooted majority of the time.

  4. We'll be taking our OOT bags with us to the destination. I wanted the bags delivered to each room but my hotel charges a fee for that & I figure that money would be a waste. However, if I write specific names on each bag (which I was anyway), they will distribute them at check-in for FREE. That's the magic word for me & I like that idea better anyway...check-in to a welcome/thank you surprise from us!

     

    I was trying to figure out how to do a completed guest list for my OOT bags once I arrive there. Now I think I will just stick a blank one in there like you're doing. They can complete it themselves...less work for me :P

    We already gave out our pre-travel package to guests on May 21st. (Our wedding is June 21st.) I delivered a lot of them to mailboxes & timed the mail perfectly on the others. Our guests all loved them & got really excited all over again.

     

     

    What kind of stuff do you have included in your bags? Is it a lot to carry down there or is everything fitting in your suitcase?

    Let me know if you get the additional hour instead of the cocktail reception. that seems like a great idea!!

     

    I'm sure everything can be quite overwhelming. I have booked in and my wedding is May 22, 2015 at the NOW Jade. I couldnt be more excited and happy about my decision!

     

    Read some of the reviews. they tend to have pictures.

     

    My cocktail hour is at the Mix bar, ceremony at pergola and our reception is on the terrace since I only have 30 people coming.

  6. mine has come out to $1500 - I had budgeted 12-1500 so i'm ok with this...

     

    I was pretty good with my fittings in ONLY trying dresses on in my range. I made that clear to the shop when I came in. That way I didnt fall in love with something way over my budget....

     

    I was also between 3 dresses that I loved but once I tried on THE ONE my best friend and mom's reaction did it for me...

  7. Really pretty dress... I must say your choice is superb and I have been also looking this kind of dress.. I am in love with this dress..So, Is there any way of finding out the designer who designed this same dress. I've been searching for quite some time, and I just keep coming across the same photo on different websites. I would really appreciate it!

  8. Mine will be up. I like the half up, but honestly don't want to deal with it.  I'd rather have it styled then forget about it.  I'm going to do a trash the dress session and figured I can wear my hair down for that.  Options are always good.  Have some favorites picked out and see how the day goes to determine style. 

     

    I was thinking about this also - love the idea of Up for wedding and Down for TTD!
