If I could of afforded one I would have but for financial reasons can't. This site has been a great resource and after reading reviews and connecting with brides g married at my resort-- I'm completely at ease not doing one.

I was told that you can get around the resort fee if you meet the florist outside ther resort. I guess it would depend what all you are getting. I just need bouquets so I could easily meet them out front and carry them in but if you are needing centerpieces etc that may be difficult. I'm sure it also varies resort to resort.

I got quotes from this place and they were very reasonable and great to work with so far. I sent them pics of what I had in mind and then they gave me quotes. http://floresrivieramaya.com/

Congratulations on your engagement! I'm getting married in Playa del Carmen at The Royal. Have not been to Azul, but there are many wonderful and reasonable choices in Mexico!

Thank you!! yes I am in Morgantown!! I'm getting married June 24 in Playa del Carmen. Just sent out my save the dates and about had an anxiety attack- no going back now!lolLove the gift. I'm brainstorming a way to ask my bridesmaids this week. Are you in WV? I live in Charleston. I'd love to have a WV/ destination wedding buddy -
Thanks! And lol I'm sure they are honored just to be in it :-)Cute idea! I bet they loved those wine bottles. And here I just kind of told mine, "I want you to be in my wedding!"Â  -
Do you plan to have a legal wedding? The requirements are the worst in Mexico. I'm getting married at the royal playa del Carmen in Mexico but I plan to do the paperwork in the US before going and have a symbolic ceremony there. Congrats!!

The seller is "wangaiming2011". Depending how many you need, I have 60 left that I'm not going to use.Who is the ebay seller you bought the charms from? These look great- I'm making Boarding passes for my actual invites to those who are attending the wedding in Mexico. -
Thank you!! :-)Wow these are really nice! -
Just curious to know everyone is using and what agencies are best. I've been talking to a TA but am finding cheaper rates on Expedia and other search engines.

I think a year out is what most girls on this board have said. Congrats!

This is my dress-- Enzoani Dijon. http://enzoani.com/blue/gowns/Dijon.html It's much more formal than I planned but it fit perfectly and cinched my waste and something about the flowers just made it feel romantic and perfect for beach. Now I, trying to decide whether to do a veil or just a flower or tiara or something. What is everyone else doing? I'm not getting married directly on the beach but in an oceanfront gazebo. Secondly I can't decide about shoes. I partly want to go barefoot or get those beach shoes that aren't really shoes. Is everyone else wearing shoes and of so want kind? Please share your thoughts and suggestion!!
