    MissBee, Sorry just now seeing your post! I went with Menu I and my guests loved it, everything was so good. I do like a bit of spice to my food so Mayte was able to accommodate that, including modifying the meals for my diabetic father. As for the open bar option, we went with the non alcoholic beverages. She made signature drinks for the cocktail hour to match our colors. Here are some pics.

    Hi Ladies, Just returned from my wedding last Friday at the Jellyfish. I too was worried because I did not communicate a lot with Mayte but when I arrived there I saw that she had EVERYTHING under control. We had our food tasting and she took our recommendations to modify the food a bit. On the day of the wedding, I was a bit late but she organized everything and even have us the queue for the walk down the aisle. And last but not least, the decorations were beautiful! I only gave her the colors and didn't give specific instructions and she more than pulled through. I was amazed and so were my guests. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

    We used HDC for our wedding last week in Punta Cana. The photographer did a such a wonderful job with the shoot and was very professional, even though I was late to my own wedding :-( We chose the 3 hour package so we got photos of the wedding, the beach and part of the reception. I would gladly recommend them again!

    I'm staying there for my wedding in Jan 2013. I"ll be getting married at Jellyfish. I do want to use their salon though to prep for the wedding...

    HDC Review

    We used HDC for our wedding last week in Punta Cana.
