i just got married in feb and i would advise anyone to get their make up done by moon palace ..idid and it was perfect and lasted all day they are excellent !!!

hey .. i just got back from getting married there..i had my reception at the tuccan terrace and all i add as far as lightening was under table lighting which looked fab and the 3 spheres..nothing else needed as there is street lighting round the terrace x

dont worry about not much contact...i hadnt heard anything until at least 12 weeks before hand..and now im dealing wirh renee and shes great ....ive got a week before i leave and everything falls into place..just do alot of research and planning and have your questions ready ....dont stress xx

just found out with a week to go that i qualify for unlimited events and cocktail hrs.......now in having to choose all locations asap.. gonna do a welcome dinner night before event ..1hr coktail and dinner wedding day ...1 hr cocktail and 2hr reception dinner leaving party .. trying to pick different location..im having wedding at the tuccan gazebo then cocktail he at tuccan gardens and reception dinner at tuccan terrac.. not to choose other locations...argggghhhhh

let me know what comes back in writing then if this is the case at least if something is in writing it gives you more to argue with..but that is what i was told today ..$1000 dollars before you start with any add-ons... yeh were getting married @4pm and im hoping to confirm the tucan gazebo so fingers crossed for that ..there is 19 booked so far including us 2..with maybe another 4 booking .. are you doing any add-ons..im undecided wether to do any of this was thinking cocktail party then reception meal..what plans have you made so far ? jackie xx

hi kelly... who ever you spoke to are not right ive just been told we have to pay..$460 hotel admin and gov fees $40/60 each document that needs tranlating $190 blood tests each total cost $920 which i suppose is just the same as paying for a church at home but when you think about how much we pay for the holiday to start with they should at least try to keep this down as low as possible.. we get married the 25 feb 2013 so only 13 weeks to go ..when do you get married ?? x

were doing a legal ceremony does this make any difference..its a bloody sham ,,by the time you add up this and then getting certificate translated and blood tests it all adds up and thats before you start with the weding its-self,Just a bit annoyed with all these hidden extras feel like were getting ripped off x

just had an email from our travel agents saying we now have to send documents to moon palace so they can obtain an non wedding certificate which is an added cost of 460 dollars!!!!! i thought doing a dw would be easier and cheaper than doing it at home ..now im starting to have a change of mind..extra costs 3 months before hand isnt good!!! also no contact from moon palace and im into the 90 days now..grrrrrrrrrr...fustrated !!

i think you have to get a contract with the hotel and book so many rooms at once to get group amenties..i get married in feb and also have over 75 nights booked but dont think im entitled to it ..which is a bummer !!!! if you find information out please let me know as i think we should get the same deal aswell x

hi all...i dont qualify for any free events so im trying to arrange my cocktail hour and im thinking of changing it from an hour to maybe an hour and half ,and decorating it up a bit using zuniga do you think this would act like an private reception after the wedding then go on to our dinner reservation..just cant decide on what decor to have for the cocktail hr ? any suggestions would be much appreciated guys xx

ok thanks ,just trying to plan out the timing...as were doing the sit down meal was trying to make the cocktail hr a little bit like a private reception but without paying the 50 dollars per person ...x
