My dad ordered the towels so I am not sure. I think he just typed in Wholesale Beach Towels in Google. We got the 11" plush thickness. I can ask him the website when I see him tomorrow. You should be able to go around to any bar and get water bottles so we just planned to go and ask for like 10 at a time, haha. It's all inclusive so they have to give them to us!

I get married in 3 weeks!!!!! I can't even believe how fast it has come! I feel so blessed to have had this board to bounce things off of all year. We've been engaged for a year today! For our OOT bags we went a bit overboard: - We ordered personalized canvas beach bags for the couples & personalized black book bags for the single guys - In each bag is 1 or 2 towels depending who it is for - 1 or 2 pairs of sunglasses that we ordered wholesale online. They come in awesome colors. - We ordered biodegradable sunscreen in bulk online because it is required for snorkeling down there and it is SO EXPENSIVE. We bought little bottles and had personal labels made that show "Lindsey & Kevin's Biodegradable Sunscreen" - We ordered door signs for the hotel room that say "Do Not Disturb, Partied all night at Lindsey & Kevin's wedding!" - We have hangover/medicine kits with tums, advil, aloe, bandaids, mentos, chapstick in them. I am thinking of adding some hand sanitizer or something else to them, but I will decide tomorrow once I put them all together. We are putting them in these zipper plastic pouches that we also ordered online in bulk. - We have personalized water bottle labels so we will collect water bottles from all over the resort and put 1 or 2 in each bag. - Welcome letter, itinerary, rehearsal dinner invitation [if applicable] I think that is it! Over all our bags cost about $500-700. I am not sure of the exactly numbers. I hope I helped!!

Ash, not sure about the photos but I heard horror stories with shipping. I've heard it's very pricy! I am also a control freak and would only be comfortable having my stuff with me so I am checking it all.

Tammy, we were looking at a Zoetry resort for December! Do you know what the prices are? We want to take a 5-7 day honeymoon.

Any suggestions for taking the gown on the plane? I am told the plane we are on does not have any closets. I am worried something will happen to my dress in the thin garment bag it is in! Thoughts? I have finally communicated with Eva and she is CCing Lorena. Thank goodness. I am so sad Yamina is gone. She was awesome. I think Lorena is newish but Tori [above] said Lorena made her wedding day stress free. Congrats!!! I am 3 weeks away and I am so pumped!

Yeah...we were down there this exact time last year and it rained 3-4 out of our 7 days. Maybe something about the last week of June! We were bummed. Currently my friend is there on her honeymoon and said it's been sunny during the day but raining at night. I hope July & August are dry!! Cross your fingers!!!

We got our stuff from JCrew but we're going pretty casual - gray pants & sun washed button downs...that's it!

Thank you for her info!! I am going to call her Wednesday morning. I really will feel so much better when I speak to her. All I need to do is confirm our meeting and we can decide things down there, I really don't care but I just want to do that. You girls are the best!! Do you still have Eva's email address? Do you have a phone number to call from the US? I am thinking I need to do that. I am really frustrated. I just need to confirm our meeting the day we arrive and I cannot even get that.

Has anyone heard from Lorena? We leave 3 weeks from tomorrow and I still haven't gotten any response! I miss Yamina.

I look at the webcam like every day! It's been raining there a lot lately. I am not so much worried about rain on the wedding day itself but for our whole trip! We went in June last year and it rained SO MUCH! Like...literally 5 of the 7 days. I am afraid it will rain for our guests!

I am waiting for her to confirm our meeting too. I emailed her on the 15th and so far nothing so I will probably freak out until she replies. Yikes! Come on Lorena! I loved Yamina too. She took my deposit in person and I feel like I know her so now I'm super bummed!

I got the same email about a week ago. Lorena has not answered any of my emails yet.

Ahhh I leave in 27 days!!!! It is insane how close it is. I never thought it would get here. As far as carrying the receipt goes, I am only doing it for the flowers because I am carrying them on. Everything else is getting checked. I have been thinking a lot about the sand ceremony too and getting nervous but I am packing the vases in the box and glueing the sand to seal it...so I hope it will be okay to be checked going home. I really need to take a day to sit down and start packing the wedding supplies. I am very nervous about getting it all down there. Hopefully customs doesn't give any problems. I just thought with flowers the purpose of the invoice is to show they are artificial because I thought I heard you cannot bring real flowers on a plane from one country to another?

I just booked our airport shuttles. There are still so many things I need to do! But I cannot wait!!!

Any other June, July, and August brides just so excited they can't stand it?! All I do is look at pictures and reviews and wish I was there now!!!

Thanks! It's funny you say that because I am SUCH a control freak. I needed to have a destination wedding so I didn't freak out with planning. I think it also helps that I had the chance to see the resort and meet some coordinators and such. But you're very welcome! I'm sure both of our weddings will be beautiful!
