  1. Hey ladies, I just can't bring myself to pay $100+ for a veil, so I'm going to try to make my own. My goal is a single tiered, elbow/waist length veil with a beaded edge like the one I tried on with my dress. 700 So, I've been to FabricLand and bought 1 yard of tulle for $5, I got a plastic comb at Ardene as part of their 5 for $10 promotion, and I already have beads, rhinestones, and fabric glue at home. Now I'm trying to figure out what type of beading to do around the edge, what do you guys think, here are a few options. 337 I chose to glue the beads because I tried sewing them on and it looked horrible! I'll post some more pictures as I go.

  2. Aww Abby is such a sweetie, it's ok :) Is she orange, or is that just the cast of the pic? I've always known most orange cats are males, and orange females are very uncommon! Pretty cool :) Sent from my iPhone 4 using Tapatalk
She's not orange per say, but a very unique tan color with almost a pink hue.
  3. I made them in spurts, I'd put it down then pick it back up again...watch tv...In the car on road trips.... But if you sat down and made it in one sitting you could probably make one in less than an hour....each one will be quicker as you figure out your lettering. I had the etsy webpage open so I could see letter examples. If you have any questions about how to do a certain letter let me know. I chose just to write 'bride' on mine because I couldn't figure out how to make a capital L for the first letter in my soon to be last name.
