Oh also...the will quote the full amount of whatever theme you have chosen and then once you have met the 10 room requiremnt then they issue the credit against that

I would just ask your WC.....they will know what you are asking about..they just don't want to offer it I think......here is the info I found online about it and it was honestly accidental that I even stumbled on it. We chose the seaside serenade theme......it's just exactly what I wanted! And the colors happened to match exactly to our wedding party! I agree you have to be patient with the responses but I have just set an expectation of 48 hours and generally that has been accurate for response time.....I considered doing the beautiful beginnings and just adding or changing to my taste but I heard that can get costly. I had also found out that there was a special running where the "flutter of romance" was being offered for free or you could use the value of the $1600 as a credit toward another more expensive theme so really all I'm paying for the Seaside Serenade after the discount is $1200(FYI--this coupon is because we have a large group booking at least 10 rooms). When I asked Renee she said I could use that credit no problem once I reached my 10 rooms. Congrats and good luck with all your planning!

I am also getting married at Beaches Negril this November--our wedding is set for November 17, 2011 at 4 PM........so excited! Anyone else having their wedding in November? We are there Nov 15-22 with a group of approximately 40-45 people.........FYI working with Renee-our US WC and she has been great and very responsive to all questions!

I am also getting married at Beaches Negril in November 2011...Our date is Nov 17, 2011 at 4 pm......We have about 40 people and we are so excited for the day to arrive! We arrive on Nov 15 and head home Nov 22(unless we stay a few extra days--who knows!). I have already worked with the US wedding coordinator--Renee and she is great. Just keep in mind she is dealing with alot of brides but she ALWAYS gets answers for me within 48 hours.....I find email seems to be the best. I also read people saying all the WC's did was try to sell you stuff but honestly I felt no pressure at all and Renee asked me what I wanted to do....Looking forward to November!!!!! Anyone else getting married during the same time in November?????
