Hi everyone! I am considering GBP Tulum for our wedding this November, and everything would be perfect about the resort except I am anxious about the photographer. From the photos I have seen, I'm not sure if I'm 100% happy with them....but, the only photos I have been able to see have been on their facebook page. Thanks so much!!! That's awesome! You travelled to and from on Saturdays? I am seeing everywhere that says Thursday is the departure day.....but were you able to travel on Saturday? Where did you depart from? And (if you don't mind me asking) what was the cost for your guests for the one week? Thanks so much for you help, I really appreciate it This is so difficult!

Hi! Congratulations! Glad to hear you had such a good time! We are still trying to decide on a resort. We will be travelling during the last week of November, 2011 from Calgary. When was your wedding? One factor that is making it very difficult is cost....we want a beautiful resort with a traditional reception, but we also want something that is affordable for our guests ($1300 range). Can you give some more details about your experience at the gran bahai? I have seen other resorts that are just gran bahai, not gran bahai bavaro. Are these the same resort or affiliated resorts? It kind of confuses me. Anyway, any insight you could provide would be awesome!! Thanks!

We are still trying to decide on a resort in Punta Cana, we will be going during the last week of November. How did you decide on this resort? There are so many...LOL, it's overwhelming!!!

Hi everyone! This site is great, I have gotten so much great information already! We are getting married in Punta Cana November 2011 and we are having a horrible time trying to choose a resort. We want a beautiful wedding with a traditional, private reception.....but we also want somewhere that is affordable for our guests ($1300 range). Can anyone give any recommendations on resorts? Or some tips as to how you chose your resorts? Also - how early did everyone book the actual wedding date with the resort? Thanks....hope to hear from you!
