I love the pink!

You'll probably have good luck if you check fares during late September and October as that is traditionally the slowest time of the year for travel to and from the islands. Hotel vacancy is also in your favor, so there tends to be a lot of good specials around that time. Another plus, is that the weather toward the end of September is generally very sunny with relatively little rain. I would recommend Hawaiian Airlines. Best of luck and congratulations!

Thank you, everyone, for the warm welcome. I've been amazed by how very nice and helpful everyone is! Neither me or my fiance have ever been to Europe so it was an easy decision to combine our honeymoon and wedding. I wanted to get married in Paris, but apparently France has a 30-day residency requirement--or something like that. So, our second choice was Italy! I just wish this wonderful forum had a special section for Europe. Anyone else here getting married in Italy?

I'm trying to work up the courage to tackle a DIY passport save-the-date. Thank you so much for giving me a HUGE head start by sharing your wonderful template and inspiring work. I absolutely love your end product!

I'm also curious to know if anyone else with some creativity but little graphic design experience would be able to get very far with Aylee's $10.00 template. It looks wonderful and I'm truly appreciative that she's shared her work for such a reasonable price. However, I'm worried that I wouldn't be able to get very far with my average abilities. Would anyone else mind sharing their experience? I'd also welcome suggestions for inexpensive designers I could work with and then do the printing and assembling on my own. Thanks everyone for all your inspiration and suggestions!

Aloha, I've been finding such a wealth of information and such friendly people here that I thought it was time to finally register and stop lurking.
