    Our wedding is Feb. 25, 2011 and we have a lot of people waiting to book to see if the prices will come down. I've tried to get them to book early so they are guaranteed to be on our flight, but you can only nudge so much. I'm not stressed about it at all, but that's because I don't have anything financially riding on them coming. I know it is frustrating, though. Good luck!!

    I just finished reading through this entire thread! It has taken me at least a month (probably two!) but was very worth it. Thank You so much to everyone that has taken the time to post all of this helpful information. Especially those that have been through it all and keep coming back to help us b2b's! I will be sure to do my part and help in any way I can, though I have just begun planning so I don't know much yet. Thanks again!

    That's so cool we're wedding date twins! We actually almost booked Barcelo Maya, the gazebo looks gorgeous! We have been to Aventura before, though, and love it, so we went with that. Good luck planning and have fun! Â

    That's so cool! We just booked with the travel agent yesterday so now we can start planning for real. Letters are going out to our guests on Monday! My FI and I are arriving on the 22nd so maybe we'll see you! How weird is that?! We've been to Aventura once before and loved it so we always knew we wanted to get married there. How are your plans going?

    Hi Ladies, Congrats to you all! We just finalized our date today! February 25, 2011 at Aventura Spa Palace. So excited!!! It feels so good to have a piece finalized. Now for everything else...
