    I am getting married at SLS...I was at the resort this past April and I loved it...We are going Dec 9-16th, 2010 (wedding on the 13th). We legally got married here already (just a small ceremony at a cheezy chapel in Niagara Falls...lol). So we are doing the renewal of vows (its still "the wedding" to us though)...we have chosen the beach location. We have a group of 30+ going. We plan on doing some excursions while were there as well. I am hoping to post pics and maybe some helpful tips here after the wedding. Good Luck in February!!!

    I was at SLS in April and I was told that when you pay by credit card it has to be Visa & Mastecard only, and must be issued by a Canadian bank like CIBC, TD etc. it can't be citibank or HSBC.....and I know this is where it gets strange, but, this is what we were told......they charge your credit card US dollars......Luckily I was able to borrow money from a friend and pay her back when we got home

    When I was at SLS (April 23-30, 2010) there were oil droplets in the ocean...ruined one of my bathing suits and we couldn't use the paddle boats, if we put on tanning oil it didn't stick to us. My friend went the following week to the same resort and it was gone.
