    I ordered parasols from luna bazaar. They are very bright and in good condition. The only worry is that they may rip on a windy day. I chose the style with the swirl. http://www.lunabazaar.com/printed-parasols.aspx Here is a pic of mine:

    Hey Ladies, Does anyone know the measurements of the round tables at Aunt Ruby's IRHS?? I think it may be on this thread somewhere, but I can't find it.

    I believe you have to have dinner at one of the restaurants. but if you do it at Aunt Ruby's at the IRHS you can having dancing and cocktails on the beach for an extra cost. However, dinner will be in the restaurant first. This is what I have gathered

    Like Breeze said...I believe if someone is just dropping someone off, they don't have to pay the vendor fee. In Lisa's Iberostar Suites Review, she had a flower vendor drop off fowersand set up her tables, and then he left. There was no fee for him. Â I would check w/ Nicole or the WC if you have somone just "dropping" some items off.

    Â That is a good idea blingbling to order one to check it out! Maybe i'll do that too! Â I want to get a parasol also...I will have a bouquet, but i think it will be fun! I just can't decide if i should get a white one or pink one! My colors are orange and pink, and my BMs are holding orange ones. Any suggestions???

     I am using parasols instead of flowers for my BMs. I think it is more unique and I'm not much of a flower person. I'm not too worried about the wind.     Good question about the colored sheer, Tina. I was thinking the same thing!!! Â P.S. If anyone is looking for an alternative to BM bouquets, I'm going to use parasols for all my BMs! I'm really excited about it!

    Hey Lisa, Congrats and thanks for the amazing review!!! Â I have read on this forum that a lot people found Aunt Ruby's to be hot and uncomfortable for the reception. What is your opinion? How were the guests feeling? I really want to have my reception there, but I don't want people to be dying of heat and sweating all night!

    MrsGreene I have been asking the same thing about "upgrades and free things" for awhile now on here. It seems that no one has really received anything for free except some extra reception time and DJ time. The biggest upgrade I have heard of is getting your room updgraded...but if you don't get it, you'll have to push for it! Â I wish the resort would upgrade more since we all are bringing so much business, but maybe it's because they have weddings all the time. I'm not sure. That's what I've learned so far!!!

    Ms.smithtobe, I was thinking of doing the same with the center pieces, but I am nervous about it! Â Where did you get your bubble ball glass vases?? $2.50! That's a fantastic deal! I am still looking for something. Â Does anyone know if they provide center pieces at the IRHS??
