I got married July 2, 2010 and I am still waiting for mine. They said it takes up to 3 months. Does anyone know how to have it translated to English or where to have it done?

I got married there and they keep all my copies even the orginals and they wont give them back. I am still waiting for my marriage certificate.

The DJ was awesome. Our wedding was beautiful but the wedding coordinator was the worst. They are very unorganized sorry to say.

Hi I just got married at moon palace and wasnt completely happy. The resort employees are so disorganized. Some of my wedding items that I gave to my WC broke after I handed it over to them. They told me the would put my items out no problem but they ended up charging me 280.00. The next day when I went to collect my wedding decorations they lost my cake topper, broke my wedding flutes, lost most of my candle holders and starfish decorations. The told me that they would find everything and get it back to my room before I checked out. They never did it. My room came with 25min message for 2 and when I went to make apt for it they didnt know what I was talking about. My room was clean everyday. The list goes on..sorry dont mean to complain but for what it cost 400.00 it wasnt worth it. The resort is beautiful...
