Hey girls, I am working on my welcome books and am getting kind of frustrated. If any of you could post your welcome books (draft or final) it would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks Donie! It feels great to get back to the wedding world. My fiances Dad and stepmom will be flying out there early with us so hopefully they can vouch for some of our extra baggage. How are you girls planning on distributing your OOT bags? The majority of our guests will be staying at the Sheraton with us but we do have a couple guests staying other places.

Hey Girls! Okay Im officially back in the planning process. My semester ended on Friday and I feel like I can finally take control of the wedding planning again. After my finals I drove straight to the invitation place and picked up our invitations. (They look amazing and were SO worth those weeks of stressing to get them just right.) We spent Friday night stuffing them and mailed them out Saturday morning. I walked out of that post office with the best feeling.. I spent last night organizing all of the wedding stuff in our office (boy did that feel good). The only thing that I am concerned about is how I am going to get everything down there. How are you girls planning on transporting your dress and grooms suit? I was even thinking about making a trip down there a couple weeks before just to drop some things off. I want to make things as relaxed as possible.

Hey girls! I haven't been on the forum much since the format changed... I kind of got frustrated and gave up for awhile but I'm back. I just wanted to let y'all know that I'm heading back to Cabo for a short trip on Oct 10th-13th. Hopefully this trip is just what I need to get back in the swing of things, and finalize some of the pending items. My coordinator has scheduled meetings with the guitar and violin players (for ceremony), the mariachi (for cocktail hour), DJ (for reception), the florist & rental co (for decor), baker (cake testing), hair & makeup trial, and our food tasting at Cabo del Sol. We will be deciding on our rehearsal dinner location and if that's not enough to do in three days we will also have our engagement photos taken with Alec and T. Its going to be a busy and exciting trip! Â If anyone needs any info or would like for us to do anything while we are there, let me know!

I cant even imagine what you and your family are going through right now. Im so sorry. I hope you find comfort in knowing your sister is at peace and will always be with you in your heart. A sister bond is strong and is something you will always share. I pray that justice be found to whomever is responsible.

She didnt seem pushy to me when I spoke with her. She did tell me that in order for them to come to me that I would have to book three or four services.

From her response and her responses to a couple of other things I have emailed her about in the past, I get the feeling she feels that she shouldnt work with me on things when I have a coordinator.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your old ring.. but Im glad it all worked out for you and that you are happy with your new ring! Its beautiful! I agree with ya on they should have thrown in a couple Rolex's wink wink.. ha ha! I would have been pissed if they lost my ring.. I had to take my ring in the other day for my semi annual inspection required to keep my warranty active and I was afraid to take my eyes off of it for a minute. After reading about Carlys lost ring I really want to get it insured. Does anyone have any recommendations for wedding ring insurance?

I think anyway you go the magazine is going to be a total hit with your guests! I wouldnt stress about it not being binded like a thick magazine... your guests are going to appreciate it all the same!! I am excited to see how it turns out!!
