And I feel a little selfish because I know our guests would enjoy the DJ far more than they will about a great photographer being there! What are your thoughts and what are you going with? Ashlynn, We can share a photgrapher and he is not that expensive!!!! OH and you have to get the DJ!! email me [email protected]

She told us that it was already in the works! I would have never booked if we knew this? I have already had people starting to book ... Please tell me she told you all the same thing HELP! im so fustrated! I dont want to get married on a beach RIGHT NEXT TO A BAR AND SWINGS! She even went as far to say that they were cleaning up the space that had shrubs that were on the side of the hotel. She is saying we MISUNDERSTOOD HER! I was with a another bride and our Fiance's and we ALL didnt make it up!? I am PRAYING that this will be cleared up with an email to the manager of the resort. Clearly there is a HUGE Misunderstanding!!

You literally walk off the beach and onto the wooden deck. It is perfect and is right next to the infinity pool. At night the whole resort has all different pretty lighting. Hope this helps. You should confirm with Ana and make sure they credit your stay for your wedding. We were able to get the 90 per person a night

I wonder if they can set up the outside deck that is covered and have it there (where the actual ceremont takes place if it rains I will have to ask. The ballroom has an awful red carpet, so we will not have our reception in there even if it rains. It looks like the hall near DESIRES bar was set up for either a cocktail party or reception in some pics I saw. I think you could get away with it if you have a small group. I am going to have over 80-90 people??!! Yikes! Im a bit nervous- but I know DREAMS will do a great job! I just got my contract!! Save the Dates will go out Saturday!!!!

I should say she sent me a contract that stated my date and time but pretty much everything else said tbd and when i asked her about a contract she said it was all good since it is all verbal through our e-mails. Has anyone else ran into this? Maybe i am being worrried for no reason but i wanted a little reasurance that they have us down for everything we have chose so far. i suggest you get a contract with everything from the tables to the flowers in an email confirmed from her. Maybe cc a sales manager. Ana is fantastic in person but she is very busy and seems to not have an exact idea since mgmt isnt clear either. I met with her on the 1st and plan to go back a month before the wedding to confirm all in writing. This is your big day- so make sure all is in order! I have heard great reviews and the place is so nice- service is great- and food was wonderful! Your guests will love it!! Congrats on your wedding! And please post a long review when you get back from your honeymoon! Thanks!!

Your wedding reception can be held in one of the closed restaurants if it rains, the only problem is if you have dj they cant play in this area. I was told the dj couldnt be in any of the restaurants...The other thing is you wont know what restaurant is closed until that week.
