I'm getting nervous butterflies in my stomach, not because of the man I'm going to marry, but because I am watching all of the dollars bills float out of my bank account and go to towards this wedding. Which I guess is to be expected, it is a wedding. Sorry... just getting nervous and had to write this. I wrote Aurora again, with some other questions- I'll post what she says. xo

Hi taranyc- thanks for her responses... so I guess this means that if you have the free package, and want to use the set restaurant menu for $25pp, we'd only have to pay $150 set up fee?? hmmm.... I asked Aurora (my wedding planner) if I could use the set menu for $25pp with the ultimate wedding package, and she told me that I would have to chose either the gold or silver menu. I am just getting more and more confused every day... yikes! My question- "We purchased the Dreams Ultimate Package for May 21st, 2010- We would like to have our reception at the dolphin pool, but rather then having the gold dinner menu for our guests (approx 40 guests), could we have our guests order off of the regular pre-set menu for $20 add'l per person?" Auroras answer- ***Is necessary to pay the $65 usd+tax+service for the Golden Menu for the guests over 20 included in your package.

WOW, looks like it is going to be absolutely stunning. How did you mail the pre-wedding brochures to people? In the skinny envelope? Where did you find them? Thanks =)

Hi! Thank you SO much for your review... we are getting married in May, and I will definitely re-look at our package. We were thinking the Ultimate, but maybe the free package would be better! Congratulations on your wedding!

Username:AchiCAp0547 Names: Amanda Peters & Richard Gallo Date & Time: May 21st 2010, at 4 pm Wedding package: Ultimate Wedding extras (and cost charged): Yet to be determined. Type of ceremony: We are getting married a couple days before we leave, in NY, so I guess it will be symbolic. Coordinator: Aurora Number of guests: ~ 50 people Ceremony location & time: Beach at 4 PM. Unsure what part of the beach. Cocktail hour location and time: Right after the ceremony by the pools. Reception location: I think one of the pools as well Photographer: The resorts. Videographer: The resorts. Special arrangements /activities: Rehearsal dinner the night before, Thursday May 20th- somewhere at the resort. I'd also like to have a bonfire after the rehearsal dinner on the beach ( I think it's $60 to do that ) and I plan on bringing goodies to make smores with!

Hi! I am getting married at Dreams in Tulum in May 2010. The reason we chose this resort was the ease of getting responses from the resort and price information. However, I have read some bad reviews as well =( I'm thinking that wherever you chose, as long as there isn't a hurricane on it's way, the wedding will be what you make of it. I'm sure there are always bumps along the way. Well at least that's what I am hoping for in my case!! =) ...and congrats on your engagement!

Hello! I am so excited about this website! (I hope I can navigate it okay) I actually have been engaged since May 9th, but haven't gotten around to getting my account activated. My fiance and I currently reside in New York City, and we are getting married 5/21/10 at the Dreams resort in Tulum Mexico.
