From what I gather, these prices are the costs above and beyond the first 20 guests attending the wedding when you have one of the Dreams of Love or the Dreams Ultimate pkg. If you do the basic package then the dinner would be the price for each guest. Depending on which services/elements you want for your wedding, the basic package with the add on's could be less expensive but ask Ana to price it out for you. Also, you should be able to change your package choice before the wedding. Just waiting to hear from Ana about how much notice they will need to accommodate this. Does anybody know what they mean by "special menu"?

  3. Ok everytime I try to open a picture or an attached file on this forum it tells me that I do not have permission....Does anybody know if this has anything to do with the amount of points that you have? How many points do I need to see attachments?

This is an email that I received back today from Moon Palace when I asked about the outside photographer. I do NOT have my photographer booked yet btw, lol but of course they don't know that! It seems that if you are pretty persistant and the photographer is from mexico, they are flexible. Hi Yenci, Once you have booked your wedding with us, I will provide you with your on site wedding planner. At that time, your photographer is going to have to get in contact with the wedding planner so that they can advise the photographer of the documentation that needs to be provided to the resort. In this case, you will only have to purchase the wedding pass for her. We do not allow outside vendors, so when you are making the reservation make a note in comments that you are bringing an outside vendor. That way we can make notes in our system and make the exception. Thank you. I would have to pay for the photographer to stay at the hotel? That doesn't make sense if the photographer lives in mexico and will be coming only for my ceremony/reception? I thought that I would only have to pay the day pass for her? I have already booked her. --- On Mon, 10/12/09, Weddings <[email protected]> wrote: From: Weddings <[email protected]> Subject: RE: Requesting Contact - Weddings To: "yencie De Jesus" <[email protected]> Date: Monday, October 12, 2009, 9:58 AM Hi Yencie, If you were to take your own photographer, they would have to stay at the resort as one of your guests. As for the site inspection, please fill out the attached form and fax back to our office at your earliest convenience so we can schedule your appointment with an on site wedding planner. 8. My fiancee and I are also looking for an early 2011 wedding. We have no idea on the date. I just know I want a Saturday wedding. I think it would be easier for my guests to be able to plan their work days around a weekend as oppose to a week day. I heard that may weddings are the most popular in mexico. Not sure when hurricane season is in mexico...Does anyone know?
