i agree the convertible dress looks really cute, i did consider. and it would be very easy for each girl to order, and affordable too! i ended up changing my color scheme and ordered the ruffled halter dress in bali from Express. it was a great price and easy for all my girls to go in, try on and get. also i thought the ruffles were cute and beachy, wihout looking to casual or stuffy. thanks everyone!!!

chelymo, thank you! wow i can't believe they charge you $390 to use the arch. that seems insane! I had no idea about that, thank you for telling me, i would have been upset if i found out when I got there. are there any other hidden costs that you have discovered? What are you doing as wedding favors? Thats another thing i am having a hard time with since it seems so hard to lug things down there. any other tips? thanks so much for all your help!!!

We're doing a beach ceremony at 2:30 and then a private cocktail hour and dinner at the world cafe since were expecting approx the same amount of guests. Where did you get your bridesmaids dresses? You pay extra for the arch? What about a runner? I know you said your bringing your own bouquet, but are you getting any flowers down there as well? For decoration or bridesmaids bouquets?
