has anyone used cabo sails? i booked a private cruise for 8, the price was very close to what i would pay on a public cruise. they seem pretty legit from their website reviews. anyhow, any advice is appreciated!

hi christine, we didn't hear from the wc until about 2 1/2 months prior because we'd heard they had a diff wc. when we'd emailed them before that, they said not to worry, they'd contact us, but the email i've been in contact with is <[email protected]>. once we got in contact with nelly, she has been great about getting back to us. hope that helps some!

i totally felt/sometimes feel the same way. a lot of our friends are just out of school, and our families are fairly moderate. but in the end, we chose the dw because it was easier for us to keep it small, and my fiancee & i ended up paying about 5X less than we would have if we'd stayed in town. our family & friends seemed to recognize this when we explained our reasoning. we also let our guests that they had the option of to just staying at the resort the night we're getting married (at the riu have to have that 80% ) if that would be more affordable for them. that being said, when we sent out our save the dates, we stated that we knew not everyone who wanted to come would be able to make it, but we'd be hosting an informal reception upon our return with pictures, food, etc. people seemed to be really excited by this. best of luck!

so i have a few guests that need to purchase passes to the riu santa fe, and i was wondering if anyone knows the prices. i've seen a post where a vendor paid $25, and when my aunt spoke to someone on site about a month ago, they told her $80. the website is pretty vague. if anyone knows a recent price, that would be super-helpful. thanks!

hi kacy! i'm a newbie too...we chose cabo for our october wedding because of the desert weather, they're less likely to be overcast or rainy at any time of the year, as can be with the gulf side plus easy for our guests to fly into...good luck planning

hi! okay, so we're getting married at the Riu Santa Fe friday, october 16, 4pm. and i have to say, i'm a little concerned about the riu santa fe...perhaps i didn't do enough research, but it seems some brides have had a hard time w/the resort? any advice would be greatly appreciated...
