  1. I have been to a few weddings where as soon as the couple is announced into the reception the immediately walk to the dance floor and start their first dance - it seems to work really well
  2. I love the idea of registering but not advertising that you are registered! That way when people ask you can give it to them and if some were not expecting to buy a gift they would not feel pressured. Great idea!!!!!
  3. Someone once told me that it comes from the desire to get really cool photos without having to think about getting your dress messed up or dirty (as you would before the wedding) so after the wedding is finished, its not a concern so you can get it wet or dirty and it wont matter as much.
  4. I think one way to look at it would be are you willing to have some people not be able to attend because of the price - if so then do it! If you know that your most important people will be able to attend (close family, best friends etc) and its a place that you really like then why not. Just my opinion
  5. I have been to Kauai a couple of times and this curch I hear is very popular for weddings. Its VERY cute in person and has such a nice backdrop with the valley and mountains!
