I was at my TA last week and they are still giving me the run around. I' getting Pi&^%$#. I've been on this site and see wedding already booked for March 2010. Me and my fience want to get married Feb 2010 and the lady is still telling us to wait...!?!?! What..if you couldn't tell I'm super Excited and want to get the show on the road!! Can anyone offer some help to a girl? Maybe I need to find a new TA. i need this to be as hassle free as possible...Please Help!

If you have a non-legal ceremony is it not recognized? What's the best way to go?

When did you start planning? We are looking for a Febuary 2010 wedding and I've found not alot of packages are out yet. Should I wait a little longer for more packages and deals to come out??

Hey...i'm continueing my search for the perfact Destination and I've come across Excellence. I see that it both meets the requirments set by my fience and myself. Just tying to get the most for our money...in these time. The resort is beautifull and accomidating. I love the privacy it offers and with no kids. I do have questions though... Do you get o pick your own color? Can an outside photographer be used? Does the resort give discounts to parties of 7rms or more? (Don't have enough pnts to open attachments yet) Thank you - Lonna

I like the third one I too recently had my dress experience and it was Amazing. Me and my mother-in-law and a friend went to this dress place in Lansing, MI : www.fantasticfinds.com It was such a wonderful experience. i did before hand go to Davids Bridal and wan't impressed at all. Though i found a few I liked. I discovered there are a lot of better made dresses for similar prices. i'm not a 'skinny minney' and thought that there styles and selection was over the top. If you havn't made a decision yet, check this place out...give it a chance. I guarentee you won't be disappointed.

Me and My Fience ar planning a wedding in the Dominican Republic, hopefully at the Dreams Resort:) However, I'm a little unsure if the ceremony will be legal. I've been reading some 'horror' blogs maybe I'm just wiggin out...but how do I know if the ceremony will be lagit? Are all ceremonies performed legal? When we come back to the US will be be legally married? Questions...Questions.... Thanks So Much!

I'm looking into where to go and for how much too. I've liked all that I've heard on Dreams Resort and Palladium too.. I'm sure they are all nice just with slight accomidation differences. Having a Swim up Bar is a must...requirement set by my Fience:) Fine by me....It too has to be fun, affordable and since there will be no kids coming that's not a concern. I'm looking into resorts that others have posted, as there opinion matters. They are or have already gotten married and know what to expect and want other to expect the same. Good luck...will be too looking for advise.

I'm too looking at Dreams resort and want our guests to pay less then 3,000 for couples for one week. I'm from MI and we will be having guest fly form different locations to join. I know the price will vary but that is our goal....lets hope. That brochure sounds nice. I'm going to wait a little bit to see if any package deals come out better than what i've been looking at....I'll let you know.

Lucy, You have beautiful pics!! Bryan and I have been looking at Dreams Resort and I was just wondering if your hotographer, the one you mentioned, was the one provided or if you paid extra. This is my first time on the site and have a billion questions and am just getting started with all the planning. Bryan and I really love the resort but just don't know what to expect. I'm New to the site and I'm looking to gather good ideas and a little help. I got engadged November 2nd 2008. I just bought my dress last weekend. Bryan and I are SO EXCITED! We are not having a traditional wedding and will be doing a destination wedding. Where...we don't know. Prices and packages have not come out yet and I'm looking for HELP. Want a great destination in either Dominican Republic or Jamaica (Leaning more towards Dominican Rep.) with a great price, an awsome ALL-Inclusive resort. I'll be on this site now till our wedding - hoping I make the right decision for Bryan and I and all the guests that will be attending... If anyone can offer any suggestions on how not to go out of control...or where to start that would be helpful:) Lonna
