Welcome and congrats!!!! I was a PUnta Cana Bride but now I'm a PUnta Cana Wife. Wooohoooo!!!!! Just came back from PC, DR and had my ceremony at the Melia CAribe REsort and had my reception at the Jellyfish restaurant. Perfect!!!! Perfect day!!!!!

Hackston, I just got married at the Melia Caribe Tropical. Goldengirl stole the words right out of my mouth. THe Melia is absolutely beautiful. I had my ceremony at the Gazebo = gorgeous!!! but I had my reception at the Jellyfish REstaurant. 10mins from the Melia. Why I chose to do that well my guest and I were staying at the resort 4 days before our big day and thought they will be seeing everyone else's wedding. Thought I surprise them and take them offsite. Pricing was pretty much close to the Melia's prices. The difference is I had the entire restaurant exclusively for my wedding reception. OH I wish I was there right now. The food at the Jellyfish is amazing!!!! Mayte the wedding coordinator is the sweetest, down to earth and unbelievable customer service.

BarbnHans, OMG!!!!!! I AM SECOND TO BEING THE BIGGEST, HUGE FAN OF THE JELLYFISH. I had my ceremony at The Melia Caribe Resort and MY reception at the Jellyfish. I totally fell in love with the look of the restaurant. The food was super delicious!!!!!!! my cake gee I wish I could have a slice right about now. The table decorations amazing. I had a salsa/merengue band and WOW they played so great. Had a cigar roller. Mayte the wedding coordinator is the sweetest, down to earth, and best customer service. It was the best best day of our lives. Totally recommend it.
